Subscription, Billing, Refunds & Cancellation

• Free. The first lesson of every plan and the Bible reader, with no card and no expiry.
• Family Monthly — $8.99 a month. Every study plan, for every child in the household.
• Family Annual — $59.99 a year. The same as monthly, billed once a year.

Prices are in US dollars. One subscription covers the whole household, with up to 6 child profiles; there is no charge per child. Sales tax is added where the law requires it and is shown before you pay.

• Every family has 14 days of everything free, from the day the parent account is created. There is nothing to start and no card is needed. The trial is once per family.
• If you choose a family plan during the trial, you give a card then, and the first charge is taken on the day the trial ends.
• If you have not chosen a plan when the trial ends, it simply stops: nothing is charged and your account returns to the free plan.
• We send a reminder by email three days before the trial ends.

The code FOUNDING sets the annual plan to $49.99 a year. It is open to the first 100 families until February 28, 2027. Your price stays at $49.99 at every renewal for as long as that subscription stays active. If you cancel and return later, the offer applies again only if it is still open.

No account is moved onto a paid plan automatically: a subscription always takes a deliberate action from you. Families who joined before the free trial was given at sign-up received the same 14 days of everything from the day it was introduced.

• Recurring billing. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled.
• Annual reminders. We email you before an annual plan renews.
• Price changes.We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
• Failed payments.If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. Access continues while payment is retried; if it cannot be collected, the account returns to the free plan. Your family’s data is never deleted because of a failed payment.
• On your statement. Charges appear as LITTLEBEREANS.

Switch between monthly and annual from Account → Manage billing in your dashboard, or from the link in any billing email. Moving to annual takes effect straight away, with credit for the unused part of the month. Moving to monthly takes effect when the annual period you have paid for ends.

• Cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing, without contacting us and without a retention call.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the family plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then return to the free plan.
• Cancelling does not delete your data. To remove it, use Data & Account Deletion.

• 14-day refund. If you are not happy with a paid plan, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
• Accidental renewals. If an annual renewal catches you out, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• Our failure. If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, we will refund or credit the affected time.
• Statutory rights. Consumers in the UK, EU and elsewhere keep any statutory cancellation and refund rights that are more generous than these.

The mobile apps do not sell subscriptions. A family plan started on this website unlocks the apps as well, on every device you sign in to.
