Acceptable Use Policy

Little Bereans is licensed for the discipleship and education of the children in your own household, under the supervision of their parent or guardian. Churches, schools and co-ops are welcome, but need our written agreement first — write to our contact form.

Misuse the content

• Copy, republish, sell or distribute our lessons, questions or artwork outside your household.
• Use our content to build or train a competing product, or to train a machine learning model.
• Scrape or bulk-download content, or use automated tools to harvest it.
• Remove copyright notices, including Scripture attributions.

Misuse the service

• Share an account or a Kid Code outside your family, or sell access.
• Try to access another family’s data, another child’s space, or any administrative area.
• Probe, scan or test our security without our written permission, or interfere with the service’s availability.
• Reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it.

Misuse the free-text fields

• Enter personal or contact details, for a child or anyone else, into an answer or note field.
• Enter unlawful, abusive, obscene or harassing material anywhere in the product.

• Keep your sign-in and each Kid Code private.
• Supervise your children’s use in a way that suits their age.
• Make sure the age you enter on a profile is accurate, since it shapes what a child is given.
• Review what your child writes — you can see it in the parent dashboard.

If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at our contact formbefore disclosing it anywhere else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue a researcher who reports a problem in good faith, acts only against their own account, and does not access, modify or retain anyone else’s data.

Where we can, we start with a conversation. Depending on what has happened we may ask you to stop, limit a feature, suspend the account, or close it.

We act immediately, without warning, where a child’s safety is at risk, where there is unlawful activity, or where the service itself is under attack.
